The Slimline II roof rack covering the full roof length of 2570mm/101.2'' includes the Slimline II platform, wind deflector and 2 foot rails for mounting the platform on your Volkswagen T5 Transporter SWB. The platform installs easily using existing mounting points. No drilling is required. All Front Runner roof racks come with installation guides and the components necessary to install the Slimline II platform on your vehicle. The foot rails for a specific vehicle have openings to store equipment beneath the roof rack, such as a camping table. The foot rails contain 2 openings to access the camping table beneath the Front Runner roof rack (1 small prep table or 1 large camping table).
Note: A maximum driving speed of 130km/80mph must be observed when the vehicle is equipped with a Front Runner roof bar or load bar kit.
